By downloading, installing, or using errorboard (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
errorboard is a study tool that captures the apps and screens you allow, detects likely mistakes, and records them to documents. The desktop application is free to use. errorboard Pro is a paid subscription that adds cloud detection and cross-device sync.
Your error logs and screenshots are yours. On the free tier they never leave your machine except to the AI endpoint you configure. For Pro, you grant us only the limited rights needed to process and sync your logs to provide the Service.
errorboard is proprietary software. It bundles third-party open-source libraries, each used under its own license; those licenses govern only their respective components. The errorboard application and Service themselves are not open source.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. errorboard is a study aid — it can miss mistakes or flag things incorrectly, and it does not guarantee any academic outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, errorboard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the revised terms.
